Yes2 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Terms

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

To use yes2's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years as of the date of registration. yes2 strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Register with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of yes2's Terms.
• Have never previously held a yes2 account that was suspended or terminated due to a terms violation.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.

Yes2 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. We also reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Once your yes2 account is open, you assume full responsibility for all activity that takes place under it. This includes all bets placed, transactions made, and any actions taken using your login credentials.

• Keep your username and password secure. Do not share this information with anyone, including family members.
• Yes2 will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the yes2 support team immediately.
• You must keep your personal information up to date in your account panel whenever changes occur, especially the phone number and email address used for verification.
• Yes2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account displaying unusual activity for security investigation purposes.

Your yes2 account is for your personal use only. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or assign the account to another party is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of the account.

The following conditions apply to the withdrawal of winnings:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account held in your own name.
• Yes2 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most transactions. Withdrawals to a bank account may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent or deceptive means will be voided and the relevant authorities will be notified.
• Yes2 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.

Yes2 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements clearly stated in each offer. Please read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in each promotion's terms. yes2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each member is entitled to claim the new member bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the new member bonus more than once through multiple registrations constitutes fraud and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Yes2 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Promotions and bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

All Sports Betting at yes2 — covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, NBA, Grand Slam tennis, MMA, esports, and more — is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets may only be placed before or during an event (depending on the bet type). Any bet placed after an event has concluded is void.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless otherwise stated by yes2.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled before a result can be determined, yes2 reserves the right to void all related bets and return the credit to the member's account.
• Odds displayed are in decimal format. Odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Yes2 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, credits will be refunded in full.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct to win. If any leg of the parlay involves a cancelled event, that leg will be declared Void and the parlay will be recalculated without the cancelled selection.

Yes2 reserves the right to limit betting stakes on any market or for any member at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes.

All Live Casino games at yes2 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Poker — are operated by licensed third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, and SA Gaming. The specific game rules set by each respective provider apply.

• The outcome of all Live Casino rounds is final once the round concludes and winnings are credited or deducted from the account accordingly.
• If your internet connection drops during an active round, the round will be completed by the system. Credits or deductions will be applied based on the outcome of that completed round.

• Upon instruction from Malaysian authorities or by court order.
• If an account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting the yes2 support team. Prior to closure, all available credit balances (excluding bonus credits that have not yet met the wagering requirement) will be refunded via your original payment method.

Once an account has been terminated due to a terms violation, yes2 is not obligated to return any credits or winnings associated with the activity that breached those terms.

Yes2 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we do not guarantee:

• That the platform will always be available without interruption, delays, or technical errors.
• That any technical faults will be rectified within a specific timeframe.

Yes2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, odds display errors, or technical delays.

Should yes2 be found legally liable for any damages, yes2's maximum liability to you is limited to the total credits you deposited in the 30 days preceding that claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
